1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or items marked as final sale. We will clearly indicate if an item is non-returnable on the product page.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items, you may cancel your order and request a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

If a pre-ordered item is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping date, we will notify you and provide the option to either continue waiting or cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement item or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.

We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing a replacement or refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
